I love weaving Umuviringo. It’s my favourite design to create.

Is there something you would like to learn to weave? If so, what?
I would like to learn how to weave baskets with more intricate designs.

Where is your favourite place in Rwanda or around Gisenyi?
I would really like to visit Kigali Airport someday.

How has it been working in a community with other ladies?
Working with other ladies has been a great experience. I feel supported and motivated.

How has the income from weaving helped you?
The income I earn from TAL has allowed me to buy medical insurance for my children, which makes me very happy.

What is your biggest dream? Is there something you would really like to achieve in the coming years?
My biggest dream is to continue supporting my children and improve my weaving skills to earn more income.
